How to place an order?

To place an order you need to make sure that you have credits available in your Deposit balance.

If you don't have enough credits you will have to top-up your account balance before placing an order.

If you have enough credits in your Deposit balance you need to go on Order Residential Proxies page and configure your order following above steps:

» Select how many GB you need to purchase. Prices are lower if you select a bigger amount of GB.

» If you have an Discount Coupon code, apply the code.

» Click on Pay Now Button

After your payment is successfuly confirmed your traffic is added to your account. You can see your Order details in Billing section, Order Transactions tab.

Do you offer refunds?

All purchases are final, we don't offer refunds. After the payment is made, digital services are provided.

How can I add money in Deposit?

To add money in your Deposit balance you need to go in Billing section from my Account.

What can I see in Billing section?

In Billing Section you will have 3 sections where you could Add Deposit, View Deposits and View Orders.
